Mr. Tiew Kim Boon, is the visionary founder of EIK Engineering Sdn Bhd.
Before EIK Engineering, Mr. Tiew was involved in various industries which include the timber and logging industry, construction and civil construction works, and heavy machinery services and trading. After many years of accumulating the necessary knowledge and experience, he decided to create his brand name and range of products. From that point on, Mr. Tiew became the major driving force of the EIK’s expansion and has become one of the leading machinery manufacturing companies in Malaysia.
His personal beliefs and philosophy are what laid the core foundations of this company. His firm belief in corporate culture adoption, instilling confidence in its staffs and the means to go above and beyond to assist customers are the building blocks to EIK’s success today. Furthermore, Mr. Tiew is a strong advocate in philanthropy. He often takes the lead in hosting and supporting many charity events and encourages his staffs to participate and cultivate a caring culture within themselves and in the company.

Madam Sally Fu Chiew Lan

Madam Sally Fu, is the Finance and Administration Director of EIK Engineering Sdn Bhd.
Madam Sally and Mr. Tiew started a business that specializes in services and trading of heavy machinery and civil construction works. It was only the decision to break into new markets where they decided to expand and started EIK Engineering in 2006. She has built this company from the ground up with Mr. Tiew and worked on the path to achieving company’s vision and goals.
Mr. Wong Chuan Yong
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Mr. Wong Chuan Yong, is the Sales and Marketing Director of EIK Engineering Sdn Bhd.
Mr. Wong, who joined the company since 2007, with more than 15 years of experience in global sales and marketing, he shared the same ambition with Mr. Tiew in expanding its product line internationally; and elevating the EIK brand onto the global stage. With his extensive networking and collaboration with major principals, Mr. Wong was able to propel the amphibious excavator as EIK’s flagship product. His expertise and passion in construction equipment led to his role as the Sales and Marketing Director in EIK Engineering.
Being an open-minded and outgoing individual, he leads a talented sales and marketing team at EIK Engineering. The company has successfully expanded its network and overseas business under his leadership and stewardship.
